SuperCar Racing
The rules and regulations are intended to maintain the street legal status of supercars entering race competition. The American SuperCar Challenge attitude is that supercar racing is not just about how fast you go; it’s about how you go fast.
Supercars that compete in this race series must be real street legal cars, capable of participating in a minimum 10 mile cruise, to prove the car can drive for extended periods on unleaded pump gasoline. The only exception is for the Modified SuperCar Class which is intended for supercars that perform race car duties.
Invitation To Race
This race series serves as an invitation to all hardcore Corvette and Viper enthusiasts to demonstrate the level of performance that they can ultimately achieve in the American SuperCar Challenge. This is the supreme supercar race that will help to determine the real performance capability of these American supercars. The American SuperCar Challenge will also serve to showcase the talent and skill of the owners, drivers, tuners, engine builders, performance shops and race teams that are in competition to be the quickest, fastest and victorious in each class of supercar racing.
Rules to Race
All races will use a Pro Tree .500 light. The cars in this race series are allowed limited engine and suspension modifications. For qualifying and race format of American SuperCar Challenge refer to General
Rules.
Race Categories
This heads-up drag race series will consist of 5 different classes, in order to offer a range of racing opportunities for the mild to the wild supercar performance enthusiast.
